The report archive has thousands of real trips already logged — spot, date, what worked. Worth a search before asking "how's it fishing at Portage" for the hundredth time.

Use the right board
Salmon/steelhead/lakers, Perch, Bass, Ice Fishing, Classifieds, Mechanic's Corner — reports land in the right spot so people can actually find them later. Unlike a Facebook feed, nothing here gets buried by the algorithm.
Say hi
The old site had a whole board just for introductions. Doesn't hurt to drop a line about where you fish and what you're after.
The short version of the rules
- Spots and patterns get shared here — that's the whole point. No gatekeeping.
- Be straight about what you actually caught. Everyone can tell when a report's exaggerated.
- Classifieds are for fishing/boating gear. Keep it on-topic.
- Disagree all you want about tactics — keep it about the fishing, not the person.
